FAQ About the Event
The participation fee of the Clarity Connect is EUR 499 per participant. This includes all documents, catering during the event days as well as the evening events on the pre-evening and first day of the event.
Clarity Connect has been taking place at itdesign’s headquarters in the beautiful city of Tübingen, not far from Stuttgart in the Southern part of Germany, for many years. For Clarity Connect 2025, we will also be using the Neckawa premises, just a few minutes’ walk away, for parts of the event in order to accommodate the steadily growing number of participants.
We have put together a list of hotels that we can recommend to you, all of which are within walking distance of the event location. We also recommend that you plan your overnight stay(s) in good time, as the number of hotel rooms in Tübingen is limited. We have been able to arrange exclusive room contingents with some of the hotels – you will find the relevant information in your registration confirmation.
Until recently, Clarity Connect was a purely German-language event. However, to ensure that all Clarity users across Europe can benefit from the event and that the Clarity community continues to grow, we have decided to offer a parallel stream in English in 2025 that takes place in itdesign’s facilities. To bring the community together, as many agenda items as possible (e.g., Best of PPM, themed tables, evening events) will take place together.
In addition to our on-site event “Clarity Connect”, we also offer our popular and free webinar series “Clarity Insider _live” at regular intervals. To make sure you don’t miss any of our events in the future and to find out about exciting topics and innovations relating to Clarity and PPM, we recommend subscribing to our free monthly newsletter “Clarity Insider”.
The event is aimed at companies that are already using Clarity or want to use the software soon. The content is of particular interest to application managers, key users, and PMOs. The industry of your company or who is your Clarity partner do not matter: Clarity Connect is an event for everyone who wants to use Clarity for successful project and portfolio management and is open to new inspiration and shared learning.
